Registration Fees

Registration Fee Includes;

• Participation in all scientific sessions, access to the exhibition area, final programme book, congress bag, abstract book, and certificate of attendance.
• VAT (20%) will be added to the above-mentioned fees.
• A 10% late payment surcharge will be applied to all payments not completed before the congress dates, during reconciliation.
• Z Event Congress Services reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, duties, or fees to the prices.
• Kindly transfer the registration fee to the bank account listed below and send the payment receipt together with participant details to tmftp@zevent.com.tr.

Accommodation Fees

Accommodation Fee Includes;

• Prices are based on an all-inclusive package for 4 nights (Check-in: October 28, 2026 – Check-out: November 1, 2026).
• City tax (2%) is included; VAT (10%) is excluded.
• A 10% late payment surcharge will be applied to all delayed payments during reconciliation.
• Z Event Congress Services reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, duties, or fees to the prices.
• Accommodation payments should be transferred to the bank account below, and payment receipts along with participant details should be sent to tmftp@zevent.com.tr.

Daily Attendance Fee (Without Accommodation)

• Access to the congress center between 09:00 – 18:00 for 4 days (October 28–29–30–31),
• Coffee breaks and lunches.
• Breakfasts and dinners are not included.
• VAT (20%) will be added to the daily attendance fee.

Participants who do not stay at the congress hotel and register through the Organizing Secretariat are required to pay the daily attendance fee in order to benefit from the all-inclusive services of the hotel between 09:00 – 18:00.
This fee applies to all participants and company representatives, regardless of registration category, and includes:

• Access to the congress center,
• Lunches,
• Coffee breaks.

Transfer Information

• Prices are valid for round-trip transfers (Arrival: October 28, Departure: November 1).
  
• For special transfer requests, please contact Z Event Congress Organization Services.
  
• VAT (20%) will be added.
  
• A 10% late payment surcharge will apply to delayed payments.
  
• Z Event reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, duties, or fees.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Services.
• Cancellations made before August 14, 2026 will be accepted.
• For cancellations made after August 14, 2026, refunds will be processed after deducting 10% bank charges.
• Cancellations made during the congress will not be refunded; only name changes will be allowed.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
