ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts must be submitted online via the abstract submission system available on the congress website. Abstracts sent by e-mail or postal mail outside the system will not be accepted.
Since accepted abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, authors are kindly requested to check carefully for spelling and grammatical errors before submission.
Important Dates – Abstract Submission:
- January 16, 2026: Opening date for abstract submission
- September 25, 2026: Deadline for abstract submission and author registration
- October 2, 2026: Announcement of abstract evaluation results
Please ensure the following requirements are met when submitting your abstract::
- Author contact information must be provided:
- Full name(s)
- E-mail address
- Affiliation details: department, institution/hospital, city, country
- Telephone number
- Details of the author and co-authors
- Indicate your preferred presentation type: Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation
- Abstract Type: Research/Medical Abstracts or Case Reports/Clinical Cases will be accepted
(Abstracts related to gynecology will not be accepted.)
- Abstract Title: Must be written in CAPITAL LETTERS and limited to 25 words. Please write symbols in words.
- Abstract Text: Limited to 250 words, including references
- Keywords: Maximum 3 keywords
- All abstracts must be submitted in Turkish or English.
If accepted, presentations may be delivered in Turkish or English during the Congress.
