• March 7, 2025: Abstract submission opens
• October 1, 2025: Deadline for abstract submission and author registration
• October 2025: Notification of abstract acceptance

• Present your research to a Southeast European audience.
• Accepted abstracts will be published in the GORM Journal.

Submission Guidelines:

Submission of Author Contact Information:

• Full name(s) of the author(s)
• Email address
• Membership details: department, institution/hospital, city, country
• Phone number

Details of Authors and Co-Authors:

• Provide complete information for all authors and co-authors.

Preferred Presentation Type:

• Specify your presentation type: Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation.

Abstract Category:

• Research/Medical Abstracts or Case Reports/Clinical Cases will be accepted (gynecology-related abstracts are not accepted).

Abstract Title:

• Must be in UPPERCASE and limited to 25 words. Symbols must be spelled out as words.

Abstract Text:

• Limited to 250 words, including references.

Keywords:

• Maximum 3 keywords.

Language Requirements:

• All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• If accepted, presentations may be delivered in English or Turkish during the Congress.
